These savoury potatoes are the perfect match with a roast Leg of Lamb! And you can cook them together in the same roaster with the lamb for extra flavour.
- 2 lbs of russet potatoes- peeled or not and cut into wedges
- 2 cloves of garlic – minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- One lemon 🍋 – squeezed
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh rosemary – chopped up
Pre- heat oven to 350 F
Add the above ingredients into a bowl and toss. Make sure the potatoes are well coated.
Next, place the potatoes into a roaster of their own or with the already roasting Leg of Lamb.
Roast for 30-45 minutes!
