Restaurant Review #3

We love Indian food and when we’re not making it ourselves, this is our go to place in Charlottetown.

The food is very good and it’s also just a block from where we are staying.

So, this time round we started with the Vegetable Samosa then we moved on to the Lamb Korma, Mutter Paneer, rice, and plain naan.

The vegetable samosas are pretty tasty. A nice way to start off the meal.

Their kormas are exceptional and the lamb is always tender.

Then we always try some other kind of dish. Usually a vegetable dish. The mutter paneer was really good. We’ve also tried their Aalo Gobi, Daal Makhni, Palak Paneer, and Vegi Korma. As well as some other meat dishes like Mango Chicken and Chicken Vindaloo. All of which are pretty good, too!

You can get whatever spice level you want from mild to extra hot. We usually order medium hot.

They are licensed for beer and wine. It is also a fairly large restaurant and can probably seat around 100 people. The place used to be a pub before it became an Indian restaurant.

Service is usually pretty good. Wait staff friendly and courteous.

The prices are pretty standard for Indian food. Only thing is rice and/or naan is not included. You pay extra for that.

So, if you like Indian food and find yourself in Charlottetown give them a try.

They are located at : 129 Kent Street, Charlottetown, PEI

Remember to eat with love in your heart- the food will taste better ❤️
